Happy New Year’s Eve lovelies!
Are you all excited and ready for 2017? Do you usually make New Years resolutions? I have to be honest and say that I usually don’t do this – mostly because I have never been very good at goal setting and I am even worse at actually sticking to my resolutions.
However, despite my terribly track record in the New Years resolution department, I love hearing all of the wonderful goals people set for themselves. I really admire the thought and dedication it takes to come up with them and of course to actually stick to them.
Hmm.. all of this resolution talk is making me want to set one for myself. So this year I think my resolution will be to eat more donuts … yes, now that seems like a resolution I can stick to 😀 Maybe not your traditional healthy resolution… but I feel like we could all use some more donuts in our lives. Are we on the same page here?
Hello friends! I hope you are all enjoying the holiday season & all of the delicious homemade cooking and baking that comes along with it!
As I have mentioned before, holiday baking is one of the biggest joys in my life. I just love baking with all of the warm spices and vibrant colours that come with the season.
So naturally when Pure Leaf reached out to me about teaming up to re-create one of their recipes for the holiday season, I could not have been more excited. I immediately knew my recipe would have to include my favourite Pure Leaf Raspberry Iced Tea! Then because in my mind white chocolate and raspberry are pretty much a match made in flavour heaven; these Raspberry Tea Cupcakes with White Chocolate Frosting were a recipe choice that was nothing short of a dream come true.
Okay so I may have gotten a little carried away with the Chocolate Bark this year… and by “a little” I mean a lot. It started off with just one batch of delicious bark, and then I just couldn’t stop thinking of all the different flavour combinations and all the different possibilities of deliciousness. Before I knew it, my kitchen counters were literally covered in different flavours of chocolate bark; each amazingly delicious in their own unique ways.

I can’t believe how quickly December is flying by! Before we know it Christmas will already be here. Do you have all of your shopping done? Somehow this year I have managed to get ahead of the game (which is not the normal circumstance).
