You guys… I have just four words for you. Chocolate. Chip. Snack. Cake. I honestly don’t know what else to say – other than you need this cake in your life. The flavours are so simple & it’s so easy to make, but it’s probably one of my all-time favourite cakes. Honestly, to say that I love this cake with all my heart, would be an understatement.

Ever since blood oranges started showing up in my market I have been telling myself I need to baking something with these colourful beauties & I finally got around to it this past weekend.
If there was one dessert I know I can always count on to please a crowd at a viewing party- it would without a doubt be homemade chocolate cream pie. There is just something truly magical about putting creamy, velvety smooth chocolate pudding into pie form & these Mini Lindt Chocolate Cream Pies are a testament to that.
