I’m a big fan of easy breakfasts; And when I say easy breakfasts, I mean the kind that can be prepped ahead of time and require little to no preparation on the morning of. Are we on the same page here?
On the weekends I will batch prepare things like overnight oats & homemade granola, so that I have them on hand, for quick and easy weekday breakfasts. It just makes life so much easier on busy weekday mornings.

It’s currently the middle of the night and I’m wide awake. It’s one of those nights, where all of the excitement from the day makes sleep feel totally unnecessary. I feel like I have been so MIA lately, so I have to apologize to you all. It seems like my recipe posts have been so few and far between over the past couple of months, and I really have no good excuse except to say that it has been a busy summer.
Not to mention I have been guilty one too many times of digging into all my summer baked goods before I get the chance to snap some good pictures to share with you guys……. I honestly can’t tell you how many times that’s happened this summer. Let us not speak of it & let me try to make up my lack of recipes with this pan of deliciousness instead 😀
